What is IoT - Internet of Things?

Internet of Things (IoT); can be defined as a network of physical objects that connect to the Internet and share information. It is the basic principle that objects with a unique identifier can connect to the internet and establish a network among themselves and communicate over the network. The purpose of communication is to share information with each other and to perform various tasks by interpreting the information, that is, the objects become "smart".

Connecting objects to the internet also enables them to be monitored and managed remotely.

Internet of Things is not a new concept nor an original idea. As explained above, IoT is connection of an object to the internet, or connection to each other via the internet. All devices that can connect to the internet except smart phones or computers can be considered as IoT devices.

What is Wireless Sensor Network?

Wireless Sensor Network is a subset of Internet of Things applications. It can be defined as complete functions of gathering, monitoring and processing of various data in a center and performing necessary tasks by establishing them independently.

Wireless network technologies such as GSM / GPRS, WiFi and Bluetooth are used to connect the devices to the internet.

Although the idea of connecting objects to the internet sounds nice, connecting everything to the internet
